As we have previously posted, please be aware that BlackJadedWolf has been alerted to a website impersonating our business which purports to sell Pokémon cards, packs, and boxes. This website is nearly identical to our own in both appearance and in URL name, and even links to our social media pages, but is not in any way affiliated with BlackJadedWolf.

BlackJadedWolf's only official website is www.blackjadedwolf.com. BlackJadedWolf does not and will not conduct business via WhatsApp, nor do we accept bitcoin or any other form of cryptocurrency as payment. Our online transactions are conducted solely via our official Shopify checkout.

The imposter website is www.blackjadewolf.com. Please note that this imposter website does not include a "d" at the end of "jaded." Again, this website is not affiliated with BlackJadedWolf in any manner.

Please be advised that BlackJadedWolf is not responsible for purchases made from this imposter website or via WhatsApp, and any statements by the individuals claiming to be associated with BlackJadedWolf in relation to these purchases are not representative of or binding upon our business.

If you have made a purchase from the imposter website, we encourage you to take the following steps:

  • Stop any pending payments immediately and contact your bank/card issuer.
  • Document the details of your purchase, including screenshotting messages, emails, and order confirmations.
  • Make note of the names and/or contact details of any individual you were in contact with regarding your purchase.

You also may choose to make reports to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov and/or the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov.

We take this matter very seriously and we are actively working with our legal counsel to take steps to resolve this issue.

If you are considering purchasing any products from us online, we urge you to confirm that you are purchasing from the correct website by checking the URL name. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us via private message before purchasing or visit our physical storefront.
